Holly Adams Pratt is UHI's Executive Director. She is an attorney, who founded UHI in 2007 after volunteering in West Africa as a women's rights advocate. She has experience with various non-profit and non-governmental organizations, including: Human Rights Watch, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Children International, and Casa Cornelia Law Center. Holly earned a B.A. in International Affairs, with a concentration in Sub-Saharan Africa from George Washington University and her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. Jason Pratt is UHI's co-founder and Board Member. He is an attorney with over 10 years of experience in the private and public sectors. He holds a B.A. in History from Gettysburg College and a J.D. from Widener University. Jason and Holly live in Buckingham Township, Pennsylvania with their daughter Sophia, son Jack, and rescued sato Pablo.

Jeremiah Burgess is UHI's Program Coordinator in Liberia. He is co-founder and Executive Director of our partner organization, the Self-Help Initiative for Sustainable Development (SHIFSD). Jeremiah holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Liberia and numerous certificates in non-profit management and economic development. He has over 10 years of experience in working for social change in Liberia.  Jeremiah lives in Monrovia with his wife and three children. You can reach Jeremiah at jburgess@shifsd.org. 

Zoheira M. Sanchez Valentin is the Program Coordinator for UHI's direct program in Puerto Rico. (Bio coming soon). 

Sister Claudette Prevot is UHI's Program Coordinator in Haiti. She is a Franciscan nun helping to run an orphanage, primary school, vocational school, medical clinic, and women's group in rural Haiti.  She also holds a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Fondwa and has been working for social and economic change in Haiti since 2001.
